Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Barometer Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of the Data Barometer Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating KPI definition streams, overseeing platform development, validating scoring logic, managing stakeholder engagement, and driving successful rollout across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Data Barometer Platform across entities.
• Coordinate and manage KPI definition workshops with business stakeholders.
• Drive alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
• Oversee platform build, configuration, and integration activities.
• Validate and govern scoring logic frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across business, IT, and leadership teams.
• Ensure proper documentation of KPI frameworks, scoring models, and governance processes.
• Manage UAT cycles, issue tracking, and quality assurance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in data, analytics, or performance management platforms.
• Proven experience delivering data-driven platforms or performance dashboards.
• Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, performance measurement, and scoring models.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Data, Governance).
• Solid understanding of data architecture, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
• Experience in stakeholder management at senior leadership level.
• Strong risk management and governance capabilities.
