Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple IT logistics projects (WMS, TMS, YMS, integrations, infrastructure)
• Track project milestones, RAID logs, budgets, and vendor deliverables
• Manage project financials: cost tracking, invoice validation, PR/PO alignment
• Facilitate stakeholder communication between IT, business, and vendors
• Maintain project documentation (plans, BRDs, change requests) per SDLC governance
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, go-live, and transition to operations

Required Technical Competencies

• SDLC knowledge (Waterfall & Agile)
• Project tracking tools: MS Project, Jira, Excel, Teams
• Budget tracking and vendor management
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 4+ years IT project coordination experience (logistics domain preferred)
