Job Description

As a Full Stack Python Backend Developer you will design, build and deliver robust, scalable backend services and APIs, working within Agile cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and other engineers to drive excellence in software delivery and help transform banking systems for internal and external stakeholders.

Backend & API Development

• Develop, maintain and enhance scalable backend services using Python and related frameworks.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices that integrate with frontend components and external services.
• Ensure code quality, performance, security, and reliability across backend systems.

Full Stack Collaboration

• Work closely with frontend engineers (React/TypeScript) to support seamless end-to-end solutions (though focus is backend).
• Participate in architectural discussions and help define technical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into robust, testable code.

Software Delivery & Best Practices

• Use Agile/Scrum methodologies to plan and deliver features.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to uphold high coding standards.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and release processes
