Travel: NoExtension and conversion possible based on business needs and performance.About the OpportunityWe are seeking a Security Metrics & Reporting Analyst to support project initiatives within Global Security & Defence. This role focuses on enhancing and sustaining the cybersecurity metrics reporting framework across GRC and security domains.You will work within a 10-person collaborative team environment and support high-visibility reporting delivered to leadership stakeholders across the organization.Role OverviewThe Security Metrics & Reporting Analyst is responsible for the execution and maintenance of KRIs, KPIs, and operational cybersecurity performance measures. This role ensures metrics are refreshed on schedule, validated for data quality, and delivered through dashboards and structured reporting packages.This is a business-as-usual (BAU) reporting operations role, focused on data hygiene, dashboard management, reporting production, and issue resolution.Approximately 25% of time will be spent in meetings with internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesMetrics Execution & Refresh Cycles

• Execute recurring metric refresh processes (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Maintain reporting calendars and track metric owner submissions
• Monitor dependencies, exceptions, and completion status
• Ensure on-time delivery of reporting cycles

Reporting & Dashboard Maintenance

• Maintain dashboards in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Validate scheduled refreshes and visual formatting consistency
• Update drill-downs, annotations, and dashboard enhancements
• Produce executive scorecards, operational reviews, and risk reports

Data Quality & Validation

• Perform data integrity checks including:
  • Month-over-month variance analysis
  • Missing or delayed data identification
  • Formula and filter validation
• Document issues and coordinate resolution with data owners
• Maintain metric definitions and source system documentation

Metric Change & Governance Support

• Support definition updates and threshold changes
• Track change requests through governance review processes
• Assist with dashboard enhancements and ORM challenge requirements

Operational & Stakeholder Support

• Serve as a point of contact for reporting clarification
• Support executive talking points and reporting narratives
• Assist with audit evidence and metric control documentation

Required QualificationsRequired Experience

• 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, cybersecurity support, IT risk, compliance, or operations
• Proficiency with:
  • Excel (intermediate-advanced)
  • PowerPoint (executive-ready reporting packages)
  • At least one dashboarding tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik)

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage recurring deadlines and structured deliverables
• Strong attention to detail and anomaly detection skills
• Organized, process-oriented, and quality-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cybersecurity domains such as:
  • SOC / incident response metrics
  • Vulnerability management metrics
  • IAM metrics (joiner/mover/leaver, access recertification, PAM coverage)
  • Security awareness or phishing metrics
• Experience with ServiceNow, Archer, Splunk, Sentinel, Tenable, or Qualys
• Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF or ISO 27001
• Prior banking or financial services experience

EducationPost-secondary education is a plus; relevant professional experience is prioritized.Performance MeasurementPerformance will be measured based on:
