- Collaborate with senior designers to translate concepts from wireframes into high-fidelity, engineering-ready visual designs.
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Scoot’s design systems and style guides.
- Actively participate in design facilitation, user research, and usability testing sessions.
- Leverage AI tools to rapidly generate design variations, user journey maps, and content for high-fidelity prototypes.
- Co-create and document an innovative UX workflow that integrates AI for ideation, user research synthesis, and creative problem-solving.
- Stay at the forefront of AI in design by researching, evaluating, and demonstrating new tools and techniques to the team.
- Proficiency in modern design tools (strong preference for Figma).
- Understanding of Design Thinking and UX Principles.
- Visual Design and Prototyping.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools (for design or content).
