Position: Games Professional

Type: Contract

Compensation: $35–$50/hour

Location: U.S.-based

Duration: 1–2 months

Commitment: 20–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Create and assess complex problems and tasks in gaming, including game mechanics, player strategies, and community practices.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logical consistency, and relevance to real-world gaming experiences.
Provide clear written feedback on game-related content and problem sets.
Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure outputs align with gaming community standards.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Deep personal or professional experience with games as a hobby or industry, including video games, tabletop games, casino games, or related gaming communities.
Strong knowledge of gameplay strategies, mechanics, and consumer gaming culture.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Location: must be U.S.-based with valid work authorization.

Preferred

Prior experience in gaming content creation, community engagement, or related fields.
