What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the Scrum Master for a feature team, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum methodologies
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment on user stories and acceptance criteria
• Remove impediments and obstacles that may hinder the team's progress, fostering a culture of problem-solving and accountability
• Monitor team performance metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in processes and delivery
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, preferably with cloud-based projects
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
• Proficient in using the agile project management Azure DevOps (ADO) tool
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
• Proven ability to guide teams, programs, and work streams towards a cohesive set of objectives
