M365 Copilot Adoption Engineer

• Role: M365 Copilot Adoption Engineer
• Location: Abu Dhabi
• Duration: 6 months non renewable
• Notice: Immediate to 20 Days
• Experience:

1. Minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, collaboration platforms, or digital workplace engineering roles.
2. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
3. 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, or Power Platform adoption projects in an enterprise environment.
4. Experience leading user adoption, change management, or AI-enabled workplace initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams (configuration, governance, security, integrations).

• Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps), and basic understanding of Power Automate.

• Solid experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity, and access management.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview (Information Protection, DLP, Compliance).

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture, capabilities, and limitations.

Adoption & Soft Skills:

• Proven experience driving enterprise adoption for collaboration or digital workplace platforms.

• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.

• Strong communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (MS-102, SC-400, PL-100/PL-200, or Copilot-related certifications).

• Experience with enterprise Teams or Power Platform governance frameworks.

• Experience delivering AI, Copilot, or low-code adoption programs.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is the minimum requirement for this position.
