Projet Manager Wanted!

To further our growth, we are seeking a Project Manager who have experience in SAP with the following skills and hands-on experience:

- Effective Communication: Ability to engage with various management levels effectively.

- Project Management Skills:

1. Scope Management: Overseeing multiple projects and complex application development/support.

2. Schedule Management: Handling several projects and support engagements with challenging SLAs.

3. Cost and Resource Management: Navigating a dynamic matrix environment efficiently.

4. Risk Management: Upholding high-quality standards and employing risk mitigation strategies.

5. Agile Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to track, monitor, and resolve project and support issues while providing clear communication through sound Service Level Indicators to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

- Continuous Improvement Mindset: A strong enthusiasm for problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement, always striving to deliver greater value to our business partners through Genchi Gembutsu principles.

- Collaborative Engagements: Work cohesively with other business and IT groups on project/support-related matters, jointly determining engagement strategies.

- Agile Methodologies: Experience in delivering projects using Agile techniques, fostering team relationships, and managing dynamics to promote skills development for rapid and continuous growth.

- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent listening, coaching, group facilitation, and conflict resolution abilities.

- Client Relationship Management: Well-developed interpersonal skills with a knack for managing client expectations effectively.

- IT Experience: Proven experience in IT, particularly in managing the development of web applications, ideally within the digital marketing and e-commerce domains.
