HR administration specialist

SCHNEIDER GROUP is an international consulting company with 20 offices worldwide providing to international companies with services on accounting outsource, legal & tax consulting, market studies, interim management.

We are searching for future colleague to join team of 37 people in Kyiv office.

Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven, energetic person, career starter in personnel document flow and base understanding of Ukrainian labor legislation, to support HR Generalist and work on HR topics across Kyiv office.

We will support desire for future development to Generalist role if you have a desire and ready to invest efforts. Focus of current function will be for HR administration (HR documents preparation & signing, monitoring labor legislation & implementing updates accordingly) at the moment.

What are the tasks and responsibilities?

• Acting as HR covering tasks in HR administration (37 employees), minor recruiting, support of target setting & performance management, learning & talent development, cross-office reporting
• Reporting to HR Generalist & Partner leading office in Ukraine

Whom are we looking for?

• Base experience in HR administration & workflow, labor legislation common understanding
• English level B1-B2 - preferable
• Desire to learn & when time goes by - develop within profession
• Hands-on approach, ready to cover several blocks of HR activity in parallel
• Developed communication skills, attentive to details, and high level of personal responsibility for qulity and result, desire to take care of people

What do we propose?

• Full time (preferable) or part time (in case of more experienced person) employment is possible, but office presence is mandatory
