Project Manager

Job Description :

The Project Manager is responsible to Plan, monitor and execute the IIOT projects along with managing Efforts, cost, schedule, scope, Risks, communications with stakeholders and front end the customer to provide the status updates, seek the support required and resolve dependencies.

• Should be able to lead the teams to deliver projects that span across one or more business units in both SDLC mode as well as Agile Mode.
• Manage and track the resource efforts, schedules, financials
• Adhere to quality standards and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle.
• Identify, Monitor and track the risks and issues.
• Execute project change requests to include additional scope that may get added to the project during execution.
• Ensure successful and on time project delivery Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery
• Review and run the project status on a day to day basis
• Verify that the project produces the required deliverables as per SOW of quality within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case

Required Qualifications

• Should have overall 14 years experience with 6 years in Project Management.
• PMP and Agile certification preferred.
• Excellent customer interaction skills.
• Past experience in Agile project development in any role 4 years
• Strong leadership diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up across and down multiple business and technology organizations
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment demonstrating teamwork innovation and excellence
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility solve problems build consensus and achieve objectives
• Excellent leadership communication written verbal and presentation and interpersonal skills
• Decisive and assertive with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
