🔹 Experience: 10+ Years

🔹 Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent

🔹 Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai

🔹 Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Work from Office

🔹 Notice Period: April Joiners Preferred

🛠️ Mandatory Requirements

✔ 10+ years of experience as a dedicated, full-time Scrum Master

✔ Strong hands-on experience with SAFe Agile framework and Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards

✔ Expertise in facilitating Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review/Demo & Retrospectives

✔ Hands-on experience in developing and using ADO dashboards to track Agile performance KPIs

✔ Strong experience in Agile estimation & planning techniques

✔ In-depth hands-on experience in Sprint Forecasting

✔ Proven ability to remove impediments effectively

✔ Knowledge of Agile patterns and techniques (Burndown charts, Retrospective formats, defect handling, etc.)

✔ Strong understanding of Servant Leadership principles

✔ Excellent facilitation, situational awareness & conflict resolution skills

✔ Focus on continuous improvement, team empowerment & transparency

✔ Strong communication skills with action-oriented follow-through

Note :: Should be ready to work for 2 to 11 PM shift
