Golang Engineer

Note: Candidates must be based in the UK and able to attend the Central London office in person once per month.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain platform components primarily using Golang
• Develop and operate Kubernetes-native systems and internal developer platforms
• Build reusable service blueprints and tooling to improve developer experience
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into internal systems and engineering workflows
• Support infrastructure as code and automation using Terraform and Kubernetes best practices
  
  

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in Golang (core implementation language)
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and operations (including CRDs, operators, and cluster internals)
• Strong experience with Terraform and cloud-native infrastructure
• Curiosity, ownership mindset, and strong problem-solving ability
  
  

Nice to have

• T-shaped engineering background with strengths in Platform Engineering, SRE, Cloud, or DevOps
• Experience with Python and/or a JVM-based language
• Experience working with AI/LLM integrations or GenAI tooling
• Experience designing internal libraries, SDKs, or developer tooling
• Familiarity with secure enterprise environments
