+ Bonuses (up to 10% of base compensation)

Responsibilities and more:

Kevesta is inviting candidates who aim to secure Senior Software Engineer roles, particularly those with junior-level or internship experience who are ready to accelerate their careers with structured, end-to-end support.

How the Kevesta Workflow Operates.

Our process is supported by three dedicated teams: Bid Team, Technical Support Team, and Outsourcing Team.

1. Job Application & Resume Preparation.

- Our team prepares a senior-level, job-specific resume using our Resume AI.

- You prepare a laptop, install a remote desktop application, and share your access ID.

- Our bid team applies on your behalf to approximately 50 remote senior software engineer roles within your local job market.

- We actively monitor emails and coordinate interview scheduling.

2. Interview Support.

- You attend interviews directly using the prepared resume.

- During interviews, our technical support team provides real-time assistance on your screen, including responses to technical, behavioral, and coding-related questions.

- This support is designed to reduce stress and help you perform confidently during live interviews.

3. Post-Hire Engineering Support.

- Once you secure a role, our senior outsourcing team supports advanced coding and implementation tasks.

- You remain responsible for daily standups, sprint meetings, and regular communication with the employer.

- Our team works closely with you behind the scenes to ensure delivery quality.

Important Candidate Requirements.

- Candidates must be fluent in spoken and written English, as all interviews, meetings, and daily communications are conducted in English.

- Strong verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with recruiters, hiring managers, and engineering teams.

Compensation & Revenue Sharing.

To maintain transparency:

- Your employer pays your salary directly to you.

- After receiving your monthly salary, you share 60% with Kevesta as agreed, transferring the amount directly to our company account.
