🚀 Nexeo is looking for a Scrum Master


To support a strategic digital integration program, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Estreem integration squad.

You will ensure the successful adoption of Agile practices, coach the project team, and facilitate the integration of our internal IT systems with Estreem’s services, enabling smooth collaboration and alignment across processes, roles, and responsibilities.

Your role

As Scrum Master, you will:

📌 Project Follow-up & Facilitation

  • Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) and other meetings.
  • Monitor and schedule key project steps according to the Scrum methodology.
  • Ensure smooth application of Scrum practices and help the team overcome obstacles.
  • Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog.
  • Assist the team in delivering the Definition of Done (DoD) and Sprint Backlog items.
  • Track team capacity, velocity, and progress metrics.

📌 Coaching & Agile Enablement

  • Coach, mentor, and challenge the project team to improve performance and self-organization.
  • Remove barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from internal and external distractions.
  • Act as an ambassador for Agile methods within the organization.
  • Provide reports to management on the deployment and adoption of Scrum practices.
  • Support risk and issue management in the squad.

📌 Integration Responsibilities

  • Facilitate alignment of internal IT systems with Estreem’s services and processes.
  • Support the adaptation of roles and responsibilities to ensure smooth collaboration with Estreem.
  • Enable the squad to deliver value across end-to-end card processing services, including issuing, acquiring, and EPI.


Your profile

Education

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).

Experience

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in Scrum Master or Agile delivery roles.
  • Expert knowledge of Agile methodology and techniques (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong understanding of software development and project management methodologies.
  • Experience with card processing systems is a plus.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Understanding of automated testing and continuous integration tooling is an asset.

Languages

  • English: Sound knowledge
  • French and/or Dutch: Sound knowledge
