About The Role

The Stores team at Bolt Food drives data-driven decision-making to improve performance and accelerate growth across our Grocery Delivery business. We work at the intersection of strategy, commercial execution, and analytics to scale a strong and sustainable grocery offering across our markets.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will enable data-driven decision-making to support and grow Bolt Food’s Grocery Delivery business. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations, you will own key performance analyses, build and maintain dashboards, and partner closely with global and local stakeholders to drive measurable business impact.

You will work across pricing, promotions, assortment, partner performance, and customer behaviour, ensuring insights translate into clear actions that improve operational efficiency, value propositions, and long-term growth.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Analyse Customer Value Proposition, customer behaviours, and advertising strategies to optimise Bolt Food’s grocery offering.
• Partner with HQ and local teams to identify regional nuances, drive change, and scale global solutions.
• Use data to answer critical business questions and support strategic initiatives..
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting to track performance and support decision-making.
• Work closely with commercial teams to drive initiatives that attract new partners and grow existing ones.
• Act as an owner of your analytical backlog, prioritising work for maximum business impact.
  
  
  

About you:

• You have 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or product analytics roles.
• You have advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (experience using Python for automation is a plus).
• You have experience with data visualisation tools (Looker preferred) and the ability to communicate insights clearly through data.
• You possess solid SQL skills (no need to be a data modelling wizard, but being able to read complex queries is a must).
• You have strong stakeholder management skills; you act like an owner and are comfortable operating in ambiguity.
