Our client, is looking for a skilled BI Developer / Business Analyst to join their team on a freelance contract in Finland. Your Role

You will play a key part in designing, developing, and delivering robust BI and analytics solutions. Acting as a bridge between business and technology teams, you’ll help translate data into real business value.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing scalable BI and analytics solutions
• Working closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
• Building and optimizing data models and transformation pipelines
• Supporting data-driven decision-making through high-quality reporting and insights
• Collaborating in a consultancy-style environment across multiple workstreams

Key Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on technical expertise combined with solid business analysis skills:

• SQL – Advanced skills in writing and optimizing complex queries, working with relational databases
• Databricks – Practical experience building data pipelines and working with modern analytics platforms
• DBT (Data Build Tool) – Strong background in data transformation, modeling, and ensuring reliable data layers
• Experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics projects
• Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Comfortable working in an English-speaking, international environment
