BMS Project Manager (Data Centre)

Role Purpose

Manage the construction and installation of the Building Management System (BMS) in line with design and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee BMS installation, cabling, panels, and field devices
• Coordinate with MEP, commissioning, and IT teams
• Manage BMS contractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards
• Support BMS testing, commissioning, and integration
• Track schedule, progress, and risks

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong BMS systems knowledge (data centre environment preferred)
• Experience managing specialist subcontractors
• Understanding of integration with electrical and mechanical systems
