You will be joining a progressive Irish construction and property development group delivering high‑calibre residential and commercial projects across Ireland. The organisation provides end‑to‑end project solutions, offering services that include main contracting, design-and-build delivery, project management, and property development. They operate across multiple locations in Ireland and the UK, leveraging a highly experienced team to bring projects from site procurement through to construction and post-build property management.

Your new role
The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of assigned construction projects-ensuring safe delivery, financial control, programme adherence, and high‑quality outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, and contracting disciplines.
Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead the successful delivery of residential and/or commercial construction projects from initial design through to practical completion.
Coordinate internal teams, external consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
Prepare, manage, and monitor project programmes, budgets, and resources.

Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure all works comply with regulatory standards, internal procedures, and ISO‑certified quality, environmental, and safety systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Champion best‑practice site operations, sustainable construction methods, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder & Client Management
Engage with clients, investors, local authorities, and design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide clear, timely reporting on progress, risks, and project forecasts.

Commercial & Contractual Oversight
Support management of contracts, tender evaluations, procurement strategies, and cost control.
Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure contractual obligations are satisfied.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years' experience in construction project management, ideally across residential or commercial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of design and build delivery models, construction processes, and project governance.
  • Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.

Desired:

  • Experience with BIM‑enabled project delivery.
  • Understanding of sustainable development and environmentally conscious construction practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑growing organisation with a strong pipeline of developments.
