Founding CTO

I’ve co-founded a company that grew to over €15M in annual revenue. I’ve lived the journey -building teams, scaling operations, closing major deals – and now, I’m ready to do it again.

This time, I’m looking for a sharp, pragmatic technical partner to join as Founding CTO. I need someone who's been through this before - someone who's taken a meaningful scale and knows what breaks at 10 customers vs. 100 vs. 1,000 vs 10,000.

!!!! We're not at idea stage. Product is live. Customers are using it. Now we need someone who can turn this into infrastructure and scale it. !!!

Core technical challenges/What you would be building:

Document intelligence + data transparency platform. B2B SaaS with clear monetization. We're solving a massive trust gap in a huge market.

• Intelligent document processing – Extract structured data from unstructured PDFs at scale
• Embedded widget system – Think Trustpilot's badge, but for real-time verified data. Think: Stripe started with payment buttons, became payments infrastructure. We're doing similar in our vertical.
• Verification pipeline – Automated validation + human-in-the-loop workflows
• Multi-tenant data platform – Thousands of brands uploading documents, millions of customers viewing results
• Two-sided marketplace infrastructure – Connecting two sides of a market, we take the transaction

What I’m looking for:

• You've scaled a startup/companies before.
• Senior full-stack experience.
• You make architectural decisions. You say "we should build X, not Y" and can defend why. You're not executing someone else's roadmap.
• I'm in sales calls. You and your team is building. We sync daily, ship weekly, review monthly. You don't need hand-holding.

• Document processing / PDF extraction background
• Built embeddable widgets or integrations
• Hired and managed engineering teams before
