Senior Software Engineer – AI Infrastructure (Python / Go) – Up to 135K OTE - Amsterdam

Engineers work closely with customers and internal teams to design scalable solutions and influence product direction, creating direct impact on how modern AI platforms are built and operated.

The Role

They are seeking a senior Software Engineer with a strong background in infrastructure. This role combines software engineering and SRE responsibilities. You will work on internal tooling and systems that power networking, monitoring, and operations across global GPU-based data centers that handle AI/ML workloads at scale. This will be and R&D like role in a successful company in hypergrowth. This means your work will have huge impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop services and agents that provide deep visibility into large server fleets and data center engineering systems

• Build and evolve metrics, aggregation, and alerting pipelines to ensure reliability at scale

• Develop maintenance, automation, and remediation workflows to keep infrastructure healthy

• Investigate incidents hands-on, including on-host debugging, and drive root-cause fixes

• Collaborate with hardware, networking, and data center operations teams

Tech & Skills Requirements

• Strong Linux experience as a core requirement

• Proficiency or willing to work in Go or Python (C++ is a plus)

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a nice to have

• Background in infrastructure backend development or SRE-style roles is a nice to have

• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously

Bonus Points For

• Experience with modern server architectures and hardware components

• Familiarity with Prometheus-compatible monitoring stacks such as VictoriaMetrics

• Experience designing and operating high-load distributed systems

The Offer

• Base salary up to 110K plus bonus.
