Business Analyst

• DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.

We are looking for a Business Analyst!

Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze the needs expressed by the business teams, specifying, and testing them in order to enable the deployment of the solution while respecting the budget and both regulatory and deadline constraints, in an Agile organization
• Work in close collaboration with the various stakeholders and, in particular, the business contacts and the team's developers
• Participate in the process of producing official stress test results and provide functional support
• Be a force for proposals with a view to continuous improvement, in order to guarantee the operation of the engines, their maintainability and their scalability
• Acquire a transversal vision of the products / processes within its perimeter of responsibility

Requirements:

• Relevant professional experience as a business analyst or as a functional expert on Credit Risk, IFRS9, Basel regulations or Stress Tests.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
• SQL
• Python
• Dataiku
• Experience working in a cross-functional team;
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Team player attitude, goal-driven and results-oriented, self-motivated, with a willingness and aptitude to learn and grow with new technologies and techniques;
• Being comfortable in the domains of process modelling, process monitoring, business rules, and business event-based technologies;
• Technical background with a hands-on coding background Plus;
• Experience leading large software development projects;
• Experience using Jira and Confluence Plus;
• Experience writing User Stories, User Story Mapping and working in an agile tool Plus.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
