This role is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave and is ideal for someone at an early stage of their HR career who is highly organized and detail-oriented.

Who are we looking for?


We are looking for an HR Assistant.


As an HR Assistant, you will support the Human Resources department with administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of daily HR and office-related processes.


You will assist with employee lifecycle administrative processes, including onboarding and offboarding, documentation management, and recruitment coordination tasks such as scheduling interviews and contacting candidates.


You will also be responsible for liaising with office suppliers and service providers, supporting the organization of internal initiatives and events, and managing office supplies to ensure that day-to-day office operations run smoothly.


We provide training so you can perform your role at optimal performance, while encouraging autonomy, ownership, and responsibility in your daily tasks.


You will communicate with different internal teams and external partners to guarantee efficient coordination and operational support.


Job requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management (or similar);
  • Previous experience or internship in an HR or administrative role;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace;
  • Experience supporting internal processes and documentation;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly;
  • Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented attitude;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
  • Pragmatic, proactive, organized and with an open-minded attitude.
