• Experience in Project Management within Infrastructure Support engagements.
• Background in Customer Service and Project Management.
• Proven track record in quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management practices.
• KPI definition, monitoring, and management.
• Strong coordination skills in multi‑stakeholder environments.

🧐 HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

• Fully focused on Customer Service.
• Help with queue dispatching and ensuring proper ticket routing.
• Improve the quality of service provided by the Customer Support team.
• Resolve issues related to incorrect processes or procedures.
• Implement and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Support innovation initiatives and AI implementation.
• Contribute to the migration to JSM – Jira Service Management (experience in this area is valuable).
• Support the infrastructure team with their small projects.
• Assist in coordinating tasks with various stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment between teams.

• Work Schedule: 9AM to 6PM
