Data Analyst - Malmo

Location: Malmo

Onsite: Majority of the week (minimum 3 days/week)

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support benchmarking, baseline definition, performance tracking, and image enrichment use cases within customer-generated content domains.

This role sits close to the business and focuses on transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide decision-making. You will work hands-on with reviews, ratings, and images, analysing metadata and performance to improve efficiency and quality across the organisation.

What you’ll do

• Establish benchmarks and baselines and track performance over time
• Analyse UGC and image data (reviews, ratings, images) to identify trends and opportunities
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards used across multiple teams
• Translate data into clear, compelling insights and stories
• Work closely with business stakeholders and product teams

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience with BigQuery
• Hands-on expertise with Power BI and/or Looker
• Solid SQL skills
• Proven ability in data analysis and storytelling
• Comfortable working close to the business and product context
