Software Test Engineer (Mid / Senior)

We are looking for a Software Test Engineer – Full Stack Quality who doesn’t just test software, but owns quality end to end.

In this role, you will:

• Design and execute test strategies and comprehensive test plans

• Perform both manual and automated testing

• Work closely with Product and Development teams to strengthen the overall quality culture

• Actively contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Hands-on experience with test automation using Python or JavaScript (Playwright etc.), Selenium, Appium, Cucumber BDD, etc.

• 2+ years of experience in software testing or software development

• Strong understanding of STLC, including test planning, test case design, execution, and reporting

• Analytical mindset, fast learner, and strong sense of ownership

• Minimum B1–B2 level English (written & spoken)

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile / Scrum practices

• Experience with Non-Functional Testing (performance, load, stress)
