Product Owner

Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for Product Owner.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw

Form of employment: B2B Contract/Employment Contract

Responsibilities:

• Support the product manager’s vision and strategy.
• Lead customer meetings to gather needs and turn them into product requirements.
• Organize and run product demos and workshops.
• Work with engineering teams during product design and development.
• Create documents like process flows, specifications, use cases, and questionnaires.
• Collaborate with teams like Marketing, Legal, and Security.
• Help customers use the products effectively and get the most value from them.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in business systems analysis or product ownership.
• Strong understanding of product management and software development (SDLC).
• Problem-solving skills and ability to create actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to influence others without direct authority.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 15%) and work across time zones.
• Lottery industry background – a huge advantage.
• Strong documentation skills – ability to create detailed and structured materials.
• Excellent presentation skills – essential for demos, client sessions, and internal communication.
• Experience with sales points / POS systems – highly desirable.
