We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to collaborate with our product and engineering teams on a project-based (contractor) basis.

This role focuses on designing intuitive e-commerce experiences and powerful backoffice/admin panels for web and mobile platforms.

Your Role

You will be responsible for translating business and product requirements into user-centered design solutions.

This includes:

• Designing end-to-end user experiences for e-commerce platforms
• Creating backoffice / admin panel interfaces (dashboard, reporting, management screens)
• Producing wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Designing micro-interactions and motion elements to enhance user experience
• Creating scalable component systems aligned with development needs
• Delivering developer-ready design files and documentation

You will work closely with Product Owners and Developers to ensure usability, consistency, and technical feasibility.

AI-Enhanced Design Workflow

We encourage the use of AI tools to improve productivity and creativity:

• Using AI-assisted tools for wireframing, layout exploration, and iteration
• Leveraging AI for UX research synthesis and user journey optimization
• Accelerating design iterations while maintaining usability standards

Required Experience

• Proven experience designing e-commerce products
• Experience with backoffice/admin dashboards
• Strong understanding of UX principles and responsive design
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems)
• Experience designing micro-interactions and UI animations
• Experience with Lottie animations or similar motion design tools
• Experience working in collaboration with development teams
• Ability to work independently in a project-based model

• Design system creation experience
• Experience in fintech or SaaS products
• Data visualization / dashboard design expertise
• Experience designing complex B2B workflows
• Familiarity with motion tools such as After Effects (for Lottie exports)
