What you will do

GenAI Product Development: Build and maintain production-grade AI products, including:

○ AI Reservation Coaching: Automated systems for scoring and coaching reservation agent calls.

○ Intelligent Knowledge Assistants: RAG-based solutions providing real-time property expertise to agents.

○ Automated Guest Relations: Natural language systems for generating automated replies to guest feedback.

○ Marketing Optimization: Predictive engines to recommend segments for targeted marketing.

● Production Deployment (LLMOps): Deploy LLMs and agentic workflows into production environments using Amazon SageMaker pipelines.

● Hybrid Knowledge Retrieval: Design and implement advanced retrieval systems that combine RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) with Knowledge Graphs to ensure accuracy where vector search alone fails.

● System Integration: Integrate AI models into existing workflows and cloud-native services like AWS Lambda, EKS, and ECS.

● Continuous Monitoring: Implement performance evaluation and monitoring for deployed models to identify areas for improvement.

What you need for this

● GenAI & Agentic Frameworks: Proficiency in LLM selection, RAG setup, and Agentic AI frameworks.

● Knowledge Graph Development: Experience with graph databases to structure complex property and guest data for enhanced context retrieval.

● Programming & Software Engineering: Strong Python skills and mastery of software best practices, including version control, unit testing, and CI/CD.

● AWS Ecosystem:

○ Compute & ML: Deep understanding of SageMaker, EC2, and AWS Lambda.

○ Data & Storage: Proficiency in AWS Glue, Redshift, S3, ScyllaDB, and OpenSearch.

● Data & Troubleshooting: Expertise in SQL for data manipulation and the ability to use Kafka or Chaossearch logs for system troubleshooting.

● Orchestration: Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/ECS).

Evaluation & Problem Solving

● Critical Assessment: Ability to immediately question and assess the validity of AI outputs and underlying data.

● Business Impact: Aligning technical findings and AI deployments with real-world business problems and stakeholder needs.

● Collaboration: Working closely with Data Scientists to refine models and Software Engineers to ensure seamless production integration.
