The opportunity

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional who loves to create, implement and manage e2e onboarding process,
  • Propose improvements and optimizations,
  • Tell a story to candidates using a range of data analytics, linking insights to the business strategy,
  • This is an important role requiring both analytical, project management skills and business awareness.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Project management/coordination
  • Ability to work with complex information spread across multiple stakeholders
  • Work on scheduled and ad’hoc HR onboarding activities
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion
  • Improve operational efficiencies by identifying opportunities for automation and developing templates
  • Be able to manage compliance and audit related activities

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
  • 3-5 yeas of hands-on experience working on the onboarding end to end process
  • Experience in managing HR projects and deployments
  • Hands on experience to perform Compliance/audit activities
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Attention to Detail:
  • Adaptability to Changes in Business Priorities:
  • Proactiveness and Foresight
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Flexibility in Plans and Processes

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Project management skills

  • Knowledge on Success factors HR system is an advantage
  • Understanding and experience of working in recruitment area
