Business Development & Project Management Manager / Assistant Manager
We are looking for a Business Development & Project Management Manager / Assistant Manager to improve operational efficiency, manage cross-functional projects, and support strategic transformation initiatives within Commercial and SME Banking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Periodically analyze business and operational processes, identifying improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Design and support process improvement initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Define project priorities, ensuring alignment with business strategy and resource availability
- Coordinate, monitor, and track project execution, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timeline, and quality standards
- Prepare project progress reports, risk assessments, and action plans for senior stakeholders
- Act as a central point of coordination between business, technology, and support teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or other quantitative disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience for Manager roles; minimum 2 years for Assistant Manager roles
- Experience in process analysis, business development, or project management roles
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications are a plus
- Banking or insurance experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- Fluent in English
