SAP PMO

We are currently looking for a PMO to support the SAP Project Manager at a global end client of ours in Poland.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 month initial contract with long term extensions likely

Location: Hybrid – remote with occasional travel within Poland

Language: English & Polish speaking

Type: Contract/Freelance

Role/Responsibilities;

• Must have a strong understanding of project delivery methodology (including project phases and required deliverables).
• Must meticulously manage all meetings and documentation; responsible for maintaining all documents on SharePoint and ensuring correct folder structure and governance.
• Oversees and maintains action, risk, and issue logs.
• Waterfall project methodology knowledge is beneficial.
• Prepares status meeting decks and project statistics; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Fast-learning, ambitious, highly detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
• Strong communication skills.
