About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the structured delivery of global IT Procure-to-Pay (P2P) projects. In this role, you will own projects end-to-end from definition and planning through to deployment and transition to BAU, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

What You’ll Be Doing
Project Ownership & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of global IT P2P projects.
- Manage delivery through all lifecycle phases - initiation, planning, execution, deployment, and handover.
- Ensure projects remain aligned to business objectives and agreed investment cases.
Stakeholder & Matrix Management
- Act as the primary project lead for in-country delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across the group.
- Coordinate with global and regional delivery teams including:
- Implementation teams
- Manila Helpdesk
- Group IT Network and MS Windows teams
- External engineering partners
Resource & Capacity Management
- Work with Customer Technology Managers to define resource demand and skill requirements.
- Secure and align resources across functional teams, including Manila-based teams.
- Manage resource dependencies and constraints throughout delivery.
Project Definition & Documentation
- Create and manage project initiation documentation, scope definitions, financial assumptions, and business cases.
- Maintain controlled, current, and approved project documentation in line with PMO standards.
Planning, Controls & Reporting
- Build and maintain full project plans including Gantt charts, critical path, and dependency mapping.
- Monitor progress against baselines and provide regular, structured reporting (RAG, risks, issues, dependencies).
- Escalate risks and exceptions with clear impact assessments.
Change, Risk & Issue Management
- Operate formal change control processes.
- Maintain and actively manage RAID logs.
- Implement corrective actions where delivery deviates from plan.
Transition & Operational Handover
- Prepare and execute transition to BAU.
- Ensure operational readiness, completed handover documentation, and closure criteria approval.
Governance & PMO Engagement
- Attend weekly PMO/governance forums.
- Ensure compliance with PMO reporting cadence, documentation standards, and governance requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Recognised Project Management qualification: PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, APM PMQ, or equivalent.
- 3+ years' experience delivering projects in IT and/or operational environments.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including transition to BAU.
- Experience delivering in multi-national or matrix organisations.
- Strong knowledge of planning, scope control, cost management, risk, and change.
Tools & Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Jira.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience producing polished reporting for senior stakeholders.
