What you'll do:

As a Data Engineering Consultant, you will:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience,
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data engineering,
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle),
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Scala, or Java,
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud-native data services,
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and modern analytics architectures (Lakehouse, DWH),
• Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or similar),
• Experience with data integration and ETL/ELT processes,
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka),
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control systems (Git),
• Understanding of data quality, data governance, and security best practices,
• Experience working with structured and semi-structured data (JSON, Parquet, Avro),
• Ability to optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,
• Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) methods,
• Certifications in relevant data technologies,
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
