The Digital Adoption & Customer Success organization accelerates the adoption and usage of digital products, delivering measurable value to Cat Dealers and Customers, and driving a customer-centric approach through enhanced management and impact measurement.
Role Definition
The role focuses on developing actionable insights to drive the adoption of digital products and supporting the execution of customer adoption campaigns, in close collaboration with dealers and customer‑facing teams.
It involves analyzing usage and adoption data, gathering and documenting user requirements, and contributing to the development and testing of new services or approaches, ensuring solutions are aligned with customer and business needs.

Responsibilities
- Analyze digital product adoption and usage data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support digital adoption initiatives
- Support the execution of customer and dealer adoption campaigns by clearly explaining insights and recommended actions
- Support senior leaders and consultants by fulfilling data and insight requests, preparing high‑level summaries and concise reports
- Identify and document business and user requirements related to digital product adoption
- Translate business requirements into clear analytical and technical inputs for senior analysts and technical teams
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional and regional stakeholders in a matrix organization across EAME
Education & Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Business Analysis or Consulting, with increasing responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, influencing outcomes without direct authority
- Experience working in a regional or multi‑country environment, ideally within EAME
- Experience analyzing digital products, usage, or adoption data
- Hands‑on experience using Python and SQL for analysis
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect analysis to business impact and decision‑making
- Ability to translate analytical findings into clear insights, rather than focusing on dashboards or reporting outputs
- This role does not require data science or advanced modeling expertise
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to explain data and insights in layman terms to non‑technical audiences
- Comfortable preparing executive‑ready summaries, high‑level insights, and concise recommendations
- Effective collaborator in a matrix and cross‑functional organization
- This position requires 5 days of on-site presence.
- Limited travel required (10% of working time).

- Documents best practices and techniques for assessing application opportunities.
- Participates in the preparation of risk assessment and benefits analysis.

- Utilizes specific approaches and tools for checking and cross-checking outputs.
- Processes limited amounts of detailed information with good accuracy.
- Learns from mistakes and applies lessons learned.
