Senior Analyst - BI Developer - Tableau

We are currently recruiting for an Senior Analyst - BI Developer - Tableau for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.

Responsible for the end-to-end process of designing and developing business intelligence (BI) applications and dashboards to enhance business processes and decision-making. Manage the creation of visualization standards and frameworks for enterprise wide adoption, ensuring optimal user experience and functionality.

• Translate complex business problems into technical requirements and analytics solutions which are accepted by business users to enhance processes

• Design, build and deploy BI products in conjunction with stakeholders, BI team members and BT that meet user requirements

• Maintain and support BI products to ensure continued usage and effectiveness of solutions

• Create compelling data visualisations, applications and products that grow the analytics community and make data more accessible to a broad range of business users

• Develop the data visualization framework and develop assets that allow users to leverage this framework in self-service BI products

• Design and develop the interface that guides user access to data products within the Tableau BI platform.

•Evaluate current BI products and create a pathway to improve existing assets in conjunction with agreed framework

• Consolidate products where the purpose or content is duplicated across multiple products and align user community to ensure adoption

• Ensure manual processes are automated where possible by leveraging expert features within the BI product and broader data analytics stack

• Create training content and deliver where required to enhance the skills of the broader analytics community.

• Develop and maintain the Corporate Planning KPI framework, dashboards and reporting infrastructure

• Develop, maintain and use tools which provide insights into corporate performance as it relates to the KPI framework and corporate scorecard initiative.

Requirements:

Minimum experience of 5-7 years in BI Development

Strong skills and experience in Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx and power Bi
