Job Title: Agile Coach

Pay Rate: $65/hr - 90/hr

Contract Length: 3-6 Month Contract

Work Model: Fully Remote

Job Notes: We are seeking an HR Agile Coach will play a pivotal role in supporting the transition of HR teams into a product-centric operating model by embedding agile methodologies and practices tailored to the needs of HR. This includes working closely with HR product owners for sub-products like Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and People Services to design and implement frameworks for effective sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and roadmap development. The Agile Coach will help the teams prioritize tasks, manage backlogs, and ensure a clear understanding of team goals aligned with broader business objectives.

They will also introduce tools such as Jira to document story points, map employee journeys, and create a unified workspace for tracking progress and dependencies across multiple sub-products. In addition to fostering a mindset of continuous improvement, the Agile Coach will train team members on agile concepts, facilitate workshops, and establish clear communication channels to ensure smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams.

The role extends to providing coaching on metrics and reporting, such as velocity, burn-down charts, and capacity planning, to help teams assess performance and identify areas for refinement. Ultimately, the HR Agile Coach will act as a catalyst for cultural change, driving efficiency, transparency, and innovation in delivering HR services and solutions.
