Manager of Artificial Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic frameworks
• Build and maintain scalable microservices, APIs, and backend platforms supporting AI applications
• Implement AI Ops and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, and optimisation
• Collaborate with product, data, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to cloud and hybrid architecture design (AWS or similar platforms)
• Ensure adherence to risk, security, and governance frameworks
• Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor junior engineers

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in AI / GenAI engineering, including LLM integration, prompt engineering, and conversational AI systems
• Experience developing end to end solutions, from POCs to production
• Solid programming experience in Python, SQL, and API development
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and modern DevOps tooling
• Background in building scalable, fault-tolerant systems in production environments
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work with global teams

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative fields
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant AI and data experience, including technical leadership exposure
• AI/ML or cloud certifications are an advantage
