What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Act as Scrum Master for agile teams delivering AI-enabled Commercial Real Estate solutions
• Facilitate agile ceremonies focused on business value and time-to-market
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage competing priorities and align on trade-offs
• Coordinate delivery with third-party AI platform providers and manage vendor dependencies
• Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes and agile practices across teams
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master delivering complex digital or data solutions
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies in enterprise environments
• Proven ability to manage delivery involving third-party technology providers
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working across multiple business units with competing commercial priorities
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience delivering solutions within Commercial Real Estate or adjacent asset-heavy industries
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics platforms
• Understanding of Commercial Real Estate data domains such as property and financial data
• Experience in scaled agile environments
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent)
