What the job is about?

100% REMOTE! Attention: Remotely FROM BRAZIL!!!!

Main activities:

We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst who takes ownership, thinks critically, and proactively drives quality forward. This role is for someone who does not stop at “it’s blocked,” but instead investigates, isolates the root cause, proposes solutions or workarounds, and communicates clearly with the team. The candidate will work across multiple projects, often in complex environments with multiple integrations such as APIs and third-party systems, and the candidate will be expected to learn quickly and contribute with initiative.

Responsibilities

· Proactively analyze requirements, designs, and user flows to identify quality risks and gaps early, and investigate defects across UI, API, data, and environment layers.

· Create, maintain, and execute test scenarios and cases (functional, regression, integration, and UAT) with strong coverage and traceability.

· Validate end-to-end workflows across web, mobile, APIs, and integrated systems to ensure data integrity and correct behavior.

· Test REST and GraphQL APIs, including authentication, payload validation, error handling, and contract expectations.

· Collaborate closely with developers and DevOps to validate releases, deployments, and production readiness.

· Propose practical solutions and clearly document findings, defects, and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Leverage AI tools responsibly to improve testing efficiency, generate edge cases, assist with test data and automation, and troubleshoot failures.

Must-have:

Solid experience of QA experience testing complex web applications, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across UI, API, and integrations.

· Hands-on experience with integration and API testing using tools such as Postman or similar, in fast-paced, multi-project environments.

· Demonstrated ownership mindset with a proactive, self-directed, and solutions-oriented approach to quality.

· Advanced English conversation

Preferred Requirements

· Experience testing DXP or CMS platforms such as AEM, Sitecore, Kentico, Optimizely, or similar.

· Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress), CI/CD workflows, or accessibility/compliance testing.
