React JS Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled React.js Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React ecosystem, UI/UX best practices, and frontend integration with APIs. This role involves building high-quality web applications with clean, maintainable code and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js, Redux/Context, Hooks, and modern JavaScript.
• Write clean, scalable, and reusable components following industry best practices.
• Implement UI/UX designs with high accuracy across all device types.

API & Backend Integration

• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third‑party services.
• Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless data flow.

Quality & Performance

• Optimize components for maximum performance across various browsers and devices.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance tuning.

Collaboration & Process

• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, QA, and product managers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.
• Maintain documentation, technical specifications, and deployment guidelines.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Hands‑on experience with Hooks, Redux/Redux Toolkit or Context API.
• Knowledge of frontend tooling: Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, Vite.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with UI libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, Bootstrap, Tailwind (any).

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, or SSR.
• Understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure or Docker.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
