Duties and responsibilities related to the Team Leader - Reservation role:
- Remain up to date with all the promotions in and around the hotel and follow established procedures to process all room reservations, rates, confirmations, hotel facilities, etc.
- Manage guest complaints/issues and ensure resolutions to all inquiries
- Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily
- Monitor daily performance of reservations team members to ensure tasks are completed
- Supervise and assist reservation team
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Hotel operations.
- Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
