Product Designer

About the Role

We’re building an AI-driven product and looking for a Product Designer to craft intuitive, beautiful, and user-centered experiences. You’ll work closely with the founder, product manager, and engineers to turn ideas into polished interfaces that balance usability and impact. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup and enjoys owning the full design process.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences, from wireframes to final visuals.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define features and user flows.
• Conduct research and translate insights into actionable design decisions.
• Maintain a consistent visual language and contribute to the design system.
• Deliver high-quality prototypes and handoffs ready for development.
• Communicate clearly in a distributed, async environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (preferably in startups or SaaS).
• Strong portfolio showcasing web or app design work.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design tools.
• Solid understanding of usability principles and responsive design.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing AI-powered or data-heavy interfaces.
• Familiarity with basic front-end concepts or design-to-dev collaboration.
• Interest in early-stage product development and experimentation.
