Senior Wealth Management Product Manager

Role Overview:

Doha Bank is looking to launch an exciting new Wealth Management business line, designed to cater to the growing needs of affluent and high-net-worth (HNW) clients in Qatar. As part of this initiative, we are seeking an innovative Senior Wealth Management Product Manager to design and drive the development of competitive and client-focused financial products. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the product portfolio of a newly established business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and launch innovative wealth management products tailored to the needs of affluent and HNW clients.
• Establish product governance frameworks and processes for the new business line.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, ensuring the bank's offerings remain competitive.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers to gather client feedback and enhance product features.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including the Private Banking team, regulators, and product providers.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies in all product development activities.

Qualification, Experience & Skills Required :

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance. CFA/CFP/MBA qualifications preferred
• 10+ years of experience in wealth management product development or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, including investments, insurance, and structured solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and bring new products to market.
• Entrepreneurial and collaborative approach with excellent project management skills.
