Digital Business Consultant

As the Digital Business Consultant you will

• Provide a creative contribution to the definition phase and startup phase for Digitally focused projects
• Advice on key drivers and focus areas for these projects, and can define the functional requirements needed
• Have an understanding of the underlying technologies that can be chosen, which will enable and even fast-forward the digitalization
• Can convince business stakeholders and embed the ideas in the running organization – making sure these get the right focus and funding

Must haves fort his project

you are highly focused on specific digital knowledge of a Telecom operator,- customer and employee facing functionalities. You have solid business transformation skills and are a great communicator. You understand where a digital business makes a difference.

You are highly experienced and familiar with the following topics:

Telecom industry & services

• Telco industry including its corresponding BBS and OSS domains, competitors and products and services mostly Business Market

Telecom processes

• Organization, governance and KPIs
• Telco process like TMF Frameworx etc

Management method & techniques

• Innovation management and project management
• Business Case and budgetting

Architecture- & IT reference models

• TOGAF, SID, TAM,

Agile

• Agile/Scrum & DevOps

Soft skills

• Great communicator

Business Solutions

• Customer interactions: Digital service channels (like chat)
• Back-end automation: how to drive the right automation in each domain in complex BSS and OSS processes

Technology

• Familiar with many new technologies (Microservices, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, Blockchain, Robotic Process Automation, Augmented Reality This is preferably accompanied with more telecom specific knowledge on new technologies 5G, IoT and/or SDN/NFV)

You will be available to work 2 days a month in Paris.
