SAP CAP Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) Developer to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP cloud technologies and development frameworks, paired with a meticulous approach to problem-solving and delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) solutions using Node.js and TypeScript
• Design, test, and deploy cloud-native applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Implement and follow the full software development lifecycle, from design to production
• Utilize Git for version control and support Continuous Delivery practices to streamline development processes
• Apply strong knowledge of distributed systems, data processing frameworks, and cloud-native architecture in application design
• Optimize applications using lean development principles and ensuring adherence to best practices
• Integrate containerization and CI/CD pipeline tools to enhance deployment and scalability
• Analyze and solve technical challenges efficiently, ensuring high attention to detail
• Maintain clear and efficient communication with global and cross-cultural teams
• Plan and execute structured, goal-oriented tasks to drive project success

Requirements

• 2+ years of strong cloud-native development experience with SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) using Node.js/TypeScript
• Background in end-to-end software development, including implementation, testing, deployment, and knowledge of agile development methodologies
• Proficiency in Git, understanding of lean development processes, and exposure to Continuous Delivery practices
• In-depth understanding of distributed systems, data processing frameworks, and cloud-native architecture
• Competency in containerization technologies and CI/CD pipeline tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in global and cross-cultural teams
• Structured and goal-oriented mindset for efficient and successful project execution
• English proficiency at a B1+ level
