Key Account Manager

We are a London-based fintech company with a mindful approach to financial services. Operating under a FCA-approved Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license, MADFIN delivers card acquiring tailored for fast-moving, high-growth businesses. We are looking for experienced Key Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team.

Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with clients
Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
Support pricing discussions, transaction volume forecasting, and contract negotiations
Conduct documentation pre-checks and coordinate with compliance teams
Oversee onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with regulatory requirements
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote services and attract new clients
Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, compliance, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.

Requirements

2-3+ years of experience in the payments/fintech industry
Solid background in card acquiring (mandatory)
Proven track record in client management, partnerships, or business development
Strong understanding of payment processes, merchant needs, and industry regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
