Axioma Metering
Lithuania · Full-time · Not Applicable

If you’re interested not only in managing a product portfolio but also in shaping the future of the market, want real strategic influence, and are driven by the challenge of “building what others don’t yet see” - this could be your next big move. This is not “just another Product Manager” role. It’s a C-level position with real impact on company strategy, growth pace, and the future of the market.

Who we are?

  • A fast-growing company in an expanding market - among the market leaders in Europe, continuously increasing our scale and geographic reach.
  • 100% Lithuanian high-tech product - we create, design, and manufacture everything in-house: from idea, prototype, and testing to highly automated production.
  • Broad geography - we work with clients across 5 continents and keep expanding into new markets.
  • Competing with global giants - we successfully challenge international leaders and take on market leadership.
  • Strong commitment to product innovation - we consistently reinvest a significant share of our annual results into developing new products.
  • Growth trajectory - expanding our product portfolio and technological capabilities.

Your mission:

Create what others don’t yet see and ensure that in 2–5 years the company is several steps ahead of the market:

  • Define and execute the product strategy;
  • Manage the full product lifecycle - from idea to "End of Life";
  • Be one of the key drivers of the company’s profitability and competitiveness.

You will be responsible for the following projects:

Product Management Leadership

  • Lead and develop the product management department, building team structure and competencies.
  • Ensure the product portfolio remains profitable, competitive, and strategically balanced.

Product Portfolio Strategy & Execution

  • Plan which new products or lines will replace existing ones in 2–5 years to keep the company ahead.
  • Own the product portfolio and actions related to:
  • launching new products and improving existing ones;
  • phasing out products or replacing them with alternatives;
  • commercialization of new products - from pricing to go-to-market execution.

Macro Environment & Market “Radar”

  • Ensure continuous monitoring of macro trends: market shifts, technological development, regulatory changes, and competitor movements.
  • Build systems that allow the company to detect change early and respond in time.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with Sales on product positioning - what we sell, to whom, and with which value arguments.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to continuously improve product performance metrics.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales to ensure the product portfolio not only fits the market but generates sustainable returns.

What we offer?

  • A true C-level role - a seat at the table where company and market direction is decided;
  • Work with a high-tech product where the entire value chain - from idea to production - is in our hands;
  • Opportunity to shape product strategy not only for Europe but for global markets;
  • The chance to build and grow a team, not just inherit an existing structure;
  • Strong support from your direct manager and team, with real decision-making autonomy;
  • Our company values: #I care, #I trust, #I create value for the client;
  • The hybrid work model and the Workation option, i.e. we can work from abroad (up to 3 months);
  • Each of us has the freedom to contribute to the improvement of processes, experiment, initiate and implement new ideas by applying our know-how;
  • We are open with our managers, we raise and solve problems together, we improve our operations, and we celebrate victories together.

What we expect from you?

  • Product management experience (≥ 2–3 years): CPO / Head of Product / Product Team Lead / Product Manager or similar;
  • Experience leading teams (product, marketing, innovation, or cross-functional);
  • Ability to translate market and technology insights into concrete decisions - roadmaps, “kill”/“scale” choices, priorities;
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics and P&L;
  • Experience with industrial / manufacturing / high-tech / engineering products is a strong advantage.
