About the Role
We’re looking for a E-commerce Product Owner to lead WEB product and support our growth across Lithuania, Poland, and Latvia. You’ll work closely with e-com, marketing, tech teams, engineers and other stakeholders to deliver best online gift vouchers shopping experience. You'll report to Head Of E-commerce.
WHAT YOU‘LL BE DOING:
- Take ownership of refining and evolving web product strategy based on user feedback, data insights, and market trends, colleagues needs and long term company goals.
- Translate e-com business requirements into clear, actionable IT specifications that development teams can execute effectively.
- Manage an INT ecom dep backlog, prioritize, participate in kick-offs and work in close collaboration with TECH PO and developers team.
- Keep all stakeholders informed and aligned through clear, proactive communication about progress, changes, and priorities, prepare manuals, support team on daily technical questions.
- Take ownership of various third parties tools, collaborate with partners (payment providers etc), to achieve best solutions and flawless operation.
- Lead the technical development of Loyalty program, track and grow its results.
- GTM, GA4, CRO, UX experience - advantage.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in e-com or product-led environment.
- Hands-on experience on detailed business requirements / specifications / tasks for developers, backlog planning, ability to prioritize tasks following company strategy / OKRs.
- Basic code understanding, HTML basics, being comfortable communicating in tech terms.
- Data-driven mindset and comfort with analytics/monitoring tools.
- Great communication skills and ability to operate across multiple countries/teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on removing impediments.

Compensation: a monthly salary from €4,000 gross, depending on your experience and skills.
