Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid

Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and delivery processes
  • Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible for provisioning and configuration
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic
  • Administer and optimize databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL for production environments
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and database issues, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence
  • Maintain documentation, best practices, and standards for DevOps processes and tools



Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:
  • +5 years of experience in DevOps or a similar infrastructure/automation role
  • + 3 years of experience with monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Ansible
  • Solid knowledge and practical experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure automation, deployment processes, and system monitoring
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize infrastructure and application performance
